I work with adults of all ages but not with children. 

I offer both in person and online appointments (Zoom).  

​

Counselling sessions can be short term  (12 or 24 weeks) or longer term. 

​​

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are held on Zoom or in person at the same time each week either in a clinic in Hove .   I offer an initial chat to discuss your situation and whether I can be of help: either a no fee 15 minute phone chat or a paid full session.

Fees

​

My fees are £60 per session.  Concession £50.   I allocate 25% of my caseload for low cost sessions to students and those on benefits or low incomes.

Cancellation

​

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.    Requests made within 48 hours of the session will incur the full fee if I’m unable to fill that session.
